How does it work?
The IdeaSquares programme is designed to guide you through everything you need to do to launch a successful campaign on Crowdcube. Our programme is structured and delivered by a team of experts who have been in your shoes. We have crowdfunded successfully. As a client, you will speak to the IdeaSquares team regularly via phone and you'll have your own online project to work through. Your project is designed to ensure you have covered the following;

Phases of a successful project:
We’ll start your project by discussing your fundraising strategy and decide on a sensible timeline for your campaign. We'll support you with the creation of your investor presentation and the preparation of your crowdfunding mailing list.
We will work with you to prepare your financial promotion and script your crowdfunding video. We will also support you with the development of your campaign marketing plan to ensure that you have a clear strategy for getting the most out of multiple marketing channels.
In anticipation to the launch of your campaign, we will refine your marketing efforts and prepare to position and market your live campaign to make sure your chance of success is high.
Throughout the duration of your campaign, we track your campaign performance and remain on hand to support and advise you.
Our project management is split into distinct phases to prepare you for a successful funding campaign. We speak to clients as regularly as is needed and every client is assigned a UK-based point of contact for the duration of our relationship.

We charge a monthly project management fee.
We charge a fixed success fee, which is only paid when your campaign reaches its funding target. The monthly project management fees are then rebated off the final success fee (subject to a maximum rebate).

Kirsty launched IdeaSquares in 2014 and has been personally involved in millions of pounds of fundraising. Despite being busy running the business, Kirsty still passionately works with clients and is keen to remain hands on on as many projects as possible. Alongside his role at IdeaSquares, Richard is also a mentor and NED to multiple startups and scale-ups. Richard is passionate about supporting people in presenting their investment opportunities well and has a particular interest in change management and business strategy. Almost unhealthily addicted to spreadsheets, Steph enjoys being involved in project set up and keeping our clients on track for launch. Steph is queen of organisation and makes sure that everything runs like a well oiled machine. Steph likes cider, has a interest in the events industry having previously been involved in events like Glastonbury Festival, and has a scarily dry sense of humour which keeps us all on our toes. A keen linguist, Steph can get by in French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
Having studied PR at university and worked in the sector for over 10 years, Sarah Jane has been involved in the promotion of multiple fundraising campaigns. Sarah-Jane is originally from Belgium and speaks fluent French and Dutch as well as English. Sarah-Jane is passionate about achieving maximum exposure for our clients and will support you in building your PR and marketing strategy from the moment we begin working together.
Heading up the furrier side of our team, Ralph takes on the great responsibility of making sure it's not all work, no play. He actively encourages regular brief breaks to throw the ball or play tug of war. Ralph also mans the office door, greeting people enthusiastically as they arrive. Ralph speaks fluent woof and understands around 20 English words too.
